providing food, clothing, and financial (rent/mortgage, and TXU utility bills) assistance to families in crisis who live in Alma, Avalon, Bardwell, Bristol, Ennis, Garrett, Palmer, and Rockett.
Assistance is subject to the qualification of clients, and utility providers involved. Does not provide rental for motels.
