Create awareness of what YOU do to help the homeless.
Local nonprofits, businesses, and individuals who serve the homeless can set up booths to showcase their work and mission. You will receive a 10’ x 10’ space and will need to bring your own table, chairs, display and brochures. This opportunity could increase your volunteer and donor base.
We are asking for a donation of up to $50 for each booth to help defray the cost of the event.
Other than the pies previously mentioned, no retail sales from businesses or other vendors will be held at this event. As few as 200 or as many as 2,000 will visit the area during the four hours of the event. Please join us in our effort to help Ellis County become more aware of the homeless in our community.
Booth size is dependent on the amount of organizations that will display. It will be from 6×6 to 10×10. Some booths will be in the gym and others may be positioned by the outdoor activities.
